Product description:
BD402 high temperature enamel reactor still repair putty epoxy compound is the high performance wear resistant,
corrosion resistant polymeric material which compounded by the fine silicon carbide filling material and modified 
toughening heat resistant resin.Specially used in the damaged repairing and protecting of enamel reactor still lining,
can resist the erosion and erosive wear of acid (contain hydrofluoric acid),alkali and other materials effectively.


    
   
Product features of BD402 enamel reactor still epoxy repair putty anti wearing compound:
1.With good bonding force,has very high bonding strength to metal,enamel substrates.

2.Erosive wear resistant,the raw material contains abrasion resistant silicon carbide ceramic particle,with the excellent performance of 
erosive wear resistant.

3.High temperature resistant, corrosion resistant: this product is temperature resistant,corrosion resistant polymeric material which 
compounded by modified toughening heat resistant resin from Xiangyang City Hundred Shield Coating Material Co.,Ltd exclusive research 
and development.Wear abrasion corrosion resistant coating after complete curing can effectively resist the following medium erosion:
carbonic acid,10% hydrobromic acid,20% nitrous acid,20% nitric acid,30% sulfuric acid,15% phosphoric acid,30% ammonium hydroxide,
lime water,potassium hydroxide,calcium hydroxide,propyl alcohol,butyl alcohol,ethylene glycol,diethanol amine,methylamine,bicarbonate,
mineral oil,inorganic salt etc.

4.With the same thermal expansion coefficient as the metal enamel,the shrinking percentage after curing is low,not more than 0.02%,testing 
thermal expansion coefficient is 28.3ppm/¡æ according to ASTM E228.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Do the coarsening treatment on the pending-repair part,grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting etc,
the surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned,the surface after this treatment should be the one coarsening,dry and 
fresh substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.
 
2.Preparation:According to weight ratio or volume ratio A:B=3:1, make A and B two components mix uniformly,and use it up within 30 min.
If the temperature is too low,can properly heat up the A component to reduce viscosity for easy to configure.
 
3.Coating:The suitable coating thickness of BD402 enamel reactor still high temperature repair putty epoxy compound is 1-3mm.
Make the well mixed material be coating on the pending-repair area layer by layer,the first layer should be compacted,make it infiltrate 
fully with the substrates.Repair the surface to be smooth after the coating spreading in the suitable size.
 
4.Curing:It can be put into using after curing for 24 hours at the temperature of 25 degree,(If you can heat it up to the temperature of 80 
degree and keep this temperature for 2 hours,in this way,can improve 30% comprehensive performance) If the temperature is below 10 
degree,should heat it up or prolong curing time to promote the curing.(General construction in winter,can inject the steam into the clamp 
cover or heat the conduction oil up to the temperature of 80 degree and heat preservation for curing)
 
Transportation storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 12 months.Avoid placing it upside down, knocking against and transporting 
it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
 
Packaging specification:
Two-component,250g/set,16 sets/carton.

2.The tagged usable temperature of this material is the liquid environment using temperature,as the glass transition temperature(TG numeric) 
of resin material under the dry working condition is much higher than than the resin material under the liquid working condition.
